The cutoff date for reserving a room with the discounted rate ($149/night) is 10/30/2021. Reservations must be made prior to the cutoff date and/or before the block is full, whichever comes first, in order to guarantee availability of the rooms and discounted group rate that was contracted. Reservations made after the cutoff date will be accommodated based on availability, at the best available rate and at the discretion of the hotel.

Table sponsorship $850 Includes:

Admission for six individuals to the outdoor reception from 4:30PM - 6:00PM as well as a full table (six seats) reserved for the celebratory dinner and program honoring Phil from 6:00PM - 8:30PM, more details to follow
